Delivery Info
Delivery Times:
We are using Priority Express for our normal delivery. However, delivery via Federal Express,DHL, or UPS is possible by paying extra delivery cost upon request. Up to 12 owrking days should be allowed for deliveries to addresses in the UK, Western Europe, USA, Canada and New Zealand. 10 working days for delivery to addresses at Singapore and Hong Kong.
Up to 12 working days should be allowed for deliveries to addresses in other parts of the world.
However,Silver Dynamic Enterprise has no control over the delivery of goods from the point at which we hand them over to the carrier.
Customs:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Silver Dynamic Enterprise has no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If in doubt you should contact your local customs office for further information.
